The club ran a course of Cardio-Tennis sessions this summer. This was a workout session on a tennis court to music (not too loud!) and was run by a Cardio Tennis trained LTA Coach. The main purpose of the sessions is to provide a fun workout where the focus is not necessarily about hitting the best forehand or smash, but about challenging yourself to get to the next ball and to stay within your optimum cardio zone for as long as possible. We hope to run further Cardio Tennis sessions next summer.
